| Co-pays are due on the day of your visit. We bill most insurance companies directly for examinations and procedures. Any balance not covered by insurance is due within 30 days after insurance has paid its portion.
To help you pay your balance in a timely fashion, we collect debit or credit card information at the time of registration. You will choose one of two options:
- have our office bill the debit/credit card immediately after insurance has paid its portion
OR
- have our office send you a statement, then wait for payment directly from you—charging the card only if payment has not been made within 45 days of insurance paying its portion
For patients who do not have a credit or debit account, Pearl Place Women’s Care is now associated with CareCredit, a GE Money Bank healthcare financing company. CareCredit has several payment plans. Our staff will gladly help with the application process.
